Pamoja Community Connections (PCC) is a grass root community empowerment and development Non-Government Organization (NGO) Based in Karagwe District of Kagera Region, Tanzania. PCC was Registered in 2019 with legal mandate to operate nationally.

PCC’s main concern is on creating and realizing opportunity for success of vulnerable groups particularly youth and female led families. We work to reduce barriers that hinder their participation in economic and social development by implementing three major Interventions which are Livelihood Development/ Empowerment, Health, Education and Social Inclusion.

PCC uses two main Strategies/ approaches in implementing its activities which are Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) and Community Based Inclusive Development (CBID) By undertaking participatory programs approach that entails working closely with vulnerable groups and complementary multilevel stakeholders both state and non-state Actors (NSA’s). PCC works with 556 Beneficiaries and 20 volunteered facilitators and ambassadors who makes regular visits to vulnerable families and individuals that PCC work with to oversee the implement interventions and their outcomes.
