Ndejje University Community Sports Education Program (NUCSEP) is a Program under Ndejje University's department of Sports that was started in 2010 as a concern for the well-being of young people in Ndejje and surrounding Communities. The program is registered as a Community Based Organization and it uses sport as a tool to reach and empower young people in resolving social challenges.

The program works with young people aged 10-30 years ( both school going and nonschool going, boys and girls), with or without disabilities as a resource, crafting programs and activities that serve their needs and interests while developing their unique gifts and ultimately create a safer environment where their welfare and productivity are promoted; seeing young people tell their changed stories as a result of our intervention is what we desire-we are inspired by how far they go to revive their own lives and that of their communities, to gain support and become community leaders.
