Munini Maise Farmers Cooperative

It is a cooperative that grows cereals and legumes. We plant mixed-age trees to protect the environment. It is a cooperative with a vegetable and fruit growing project in the Green House.

MUMAFACO is a youth cooperative that started in 2018 and got its legal status certificate 2019 NO RCA / 0400/2019, operating in MUNINI cellule in MAHAMA sector in KIREHE district of 56 members, 26 men and 30 women. It is a cooperative that grows cereals and legumes. We plant mixed-age trees to protect the environment. It is a cooperative with a vegetable and fruit growing project in the Green House.

Objectives: Cultivation of cereals and legumes for the purpose of development, working hard to satisfy the members and scattering the markets so much that we are close to the Mahama camp which is crowded and in need of food, taking products from the corn and making flour mill from a flour mill greenhouse. We grow vegetables and fruits for sale at home and abroad.

Activities:

  1. Cereal and legume farming, vegetable and fruit farming in the green house;
  2. Processing of powdered flour through new mills. The land we have on which we cultivate is about 1.5ha.
