Care for Dignity and innovation

Care for Dignity and Innovation (CDI) is a youth serving and female led organization working to support, empower and strengthen the capacities of children and youth especially those with special needs in order to advocate for their rights and free from abuse and discrimination.

It was registered under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act, 2002 of the Laws of Tanzania under the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, and Children operating in Tanzania Mainland.

Its vision is to have a society where children and youth including those with special needs are equal, healthy, well educated, stable economy, and free from abuse and discrimination. CDI works also to strengthen the capacities of children and youth with special needs 7-25 years old to advocate for their own rights so as to be free from abuse and empowering innovative ideas as solutions for problems.
