Fort Portal Based Big Spit Cooperation is a registered Community Based Organization founded in 2012 with the aim to Inspire, Encourage, Motivate, Nurture, Engage the talent in youths and contribute to the economic and social development of Rwenzori Region and also other communities through Music.
Through her activities, Big Spit Cooperation addresses and voices out the problems faced by youths, Promotion of dialogue and Prevention of conflicts, fostering Peace in Rwenzori Region, promotion and conservation of the Environmnet, sensitization of youths about HIV, fighting Gender Based Violence and aims to instill the conservation of culture.
Songs like "Rulikuliza Amaizi " (about safeguarding properties of the kingdoms), "Empaako " (about the presence of pet names in the region), "Ensingaato Za Tooro","Abakumpiiganiza", Njwaahire (domestic violence song), guard yourself (weriinde Siliimu)," and many other songs featuring different rappers are a testimony to this ambition.
The organization organizes annual music projects with different youths from different districts in Rwenzori Region to send a message about Peace and Development and also pther pressing society issues.
